1. Cleanse and tone your skin.

2. Unfold the mask, apply it to the face and adjust it around the eyes, nose and mouth for a snug fit.

3. Relax for 10 to 20 minutes.

4. Remove and discard the sheet, then gently pat in the remaining essence.

5. Follow with moisturizer, use two to three times a week or whenever skin feels stressed, and apply sunscreen in the morning.
