1. After cleansing, apply toner to prepare the skin.

2. Unfold the mask and apply it evenly over the face, avoiding the eyes and mouth.

3. Smooth it to fit the contours of your face.

4. Relax for 10 to 20 minutes.

5. Remove and discard the sheet, gently pat in the remaining essence, then follow with moisturizer and use sunscreen during the day.

6. Use each sheet once, avoid the eye area and broken skin, stop use and consult a doctor if redness, swelling or itching appears, and store away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
