1. Cleanse and tone your skin first.

2. Remove the upper and lower films from the mask.

3. Apply the bottom piece around the mouth area, adjusting to fit, then apply the top piece around the eye area.

4. Relax for 30 minutes, then remove the mask.

5. Gently pat in the remaining essence, and follow with moisturizer.
