Mediheal pantenolips is the brand's lip care line, named for panthenol, and this is the scrub step in it. The particles are micro-fine walnut shell powder suspended in a soft cream base, so it polishes rather than scratches. That distinction matters on lips, where the skin is thin and a coarse sugar scrub does more harm than good.

It works best as a preparation step rather than a standalone treatment. 1.     Start with dry lips.

2.     Squeeze an adequate amount onto the lips.
