1. Cleanse and tone your skin so the mask sits on a fresh base.

2. Unfold the sheet and lay it evenly over your face, smoothing out any air bubbles.

3. Leave it on for about 10 to 20 minutes before it dries out fully.

4. Remove the sheet and gently pat the leftover essence into your skin.

5. Follow with a moisturizer to seal in the hydration, use it two to three times a week, and add sunscreen in the morning.

6. Use each sheet once, avoid the eye area and broken skin, stop use and consult a doctor if redness, swelling or itching appears, and store away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
