1. Cleanse and tone your skin so the mask sits on a fresh base.

2. Unfold the sheet and lay it evenly over your face.

3. Smooth out any air bubbles and adjust it around your eyes, nose, and mouth.

4. Leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes, before it dries out fully.

5. Remove the sheet, gently pat the leftover essence into your skin, then follow with a moisturizer, and add sunscreen in the morning.

6. Use each sheet once, avoid the eye area and broken skin, stop use and consult a doctor if redness, swelling or itching appears, and store away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
