1. Wash your hands with warm water and dry them.

2. Tear the pouch open along the seal.

3. Put on the gloves and close them at the wrist with the sticker.

4. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes.

5. Remove and massage the remaining cream into your hands. No need to rinse.
