1. Start with clean, completely dry skin.

2. Peel off the white film and place the textured side under the eye.

3. Peel off the clear film.

4. Press gently 3 to 5 times every couple of minutes at first.

5. Leave on for 2 to 3 hours, then remove.

6. Pat any residue in with toner or cream. Use 2 to 3 times a week.
