1.   Wash your face and leave your nose wet.

2.   Remove the strip from the pouch and peel off the backing.

3.   Apply the smooth side to your wet nose and press firmly, especially along the sides.

4.   Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes until the strip is completely dry and stiff.

5.   Slowly peel the strip off from the edges toward the centre.

6.   Rinse your nose with water to remove any residue. Use once or twice a week.
