1. Complete your morning skincare routine first.

2. Apply liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure, over the face, neck and any other exposed skin.

3. Reapply at least at two-hour intervals, and use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.

4. For external use only. Do not use on broken skin, and avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

5. Stop use and consult a doctor if a rash occurs.

6. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away.
