1. Wet the brush and apply a pea-sized amount of the Ora2 toothpaste to the bristles.
2. Hold the brush at about a forty-five-degree angle to the gum line.
3. Brush in small circular motions, covering the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of every tooth.
4. Continue for roughly two minutes, giving extra attention to the back molars and the gum margin.
5. Spit out and rinse your mouth, then rinse the brush head thoroughly under running water.
6. Store the brush upright and uncovered so the bristles dry, and replace it every three months.
