1. Cleanse your face and pat dry. Apply your usual toner and serum if you like.

2. Open the seal of the cup with scissors.

3. Pour 6 to 7 spoonfuls of water into the cup using the spoon provided.

4. Stir quickly with the spatula until smooth.

5. Spread an even, thick layer over your face, avoiding the eyes, eyebrows and lips.
