How long should I leave them on?
Twenty to thirty minutes. Because they are hydrogel rather than fabric, they hold their moisture well across that time.
Why do they slide down my face?
There is a lot of essence in the jar. Let the excess drip off the patch for a second before applying, and press the patch down along the edges.
Can I use them anywhere other than under the eyes?
Yes. Smile lines, the forehead, between the brows and the neck all work.
Should I refrigerate them?
Not necessary, but many people do because it makes the cooling effect stronger.
Are they fragranced?
Yes. Fragrance is listed on the ingredient list.
