1. How long does one sheet stay cool?
Around eight hours, which is why people use them overnight.
2. Do I need to keep them in the fridge?
No. They work at room temperature. Keeping the box in the fridge gives a stronger initial cooling sensation, but never put them in the freezer.
3. Where can I put them?
The forehead is the usual spot, but they work on the back of the neck, the arms or anywhere with intact skin. Avoid the eyes and any broken or irritated skin.
4. Can I cut them smaller?
Yes, trim with scissors before peeling off the film if you need a smaller size.
5. Are these for children?
This is the adult version. Do not use it on infants or young children, since a sheet that slips could cover the nose or mouth.
