Got questions? We’ve got answers!
1. Are these disinfecting wipes?
A: No. This is a cleaner made to lift grease and odours, not a disinfectant. If you need disinfecting wipes, choose a product approved as a disinfectant.
2. How many cleans do I get?
A: One sheet per clean, so three cleans per pack.
3. Will it remove old, burnt-on stains?
A: It works best on fresh grease and splatter. Old, burnt-on residue may need extra scrubbing.
4. Can I use the sheet on other surfaces?
A: It's designed for microwave interiors.
5. Where is it made?
A: It is made in Japan.
