Description
This microwave cleaner from Kobayashi comes as three sealed cleaning wipes. Heat a pouch in the microwave for about a minute, and the warm alkaline electrolyzed water inside spreads steam that loosens grease and food splatter. Then just wipe. It is made in Japan.
Cleaning the microwave is one of those jobs everyone puts off. These kitchen wipes make it quick. Each sheet comes in its own pouch with a steam vent. Pop it in the microwave, heat for about a minute, and the warm liquid releases steam that softens grease and splatter inside.
After a short cool-down, open the pouch and wipe the walls, ceiling and turntable. The alkaline electrolyzed water and ethanol lift sticky grease and help clear food odours, and there's no need for a second wipe with water.
Each sheet is large and thick, so one is enough for a full clean. Use one a week to keep your microwave fresh.

1. Place one unopened pouch on a heat-safe plate with the steam vent facing up.
2. Heat at 500 to 600W for about 1 minute, until the pouch puffs up.
3. Leave it in the closed microwave for 1 to 2 minutes and check it has cooled enough to handle.
4. Open the pouch, take out the sheet and wipe the inside of the microwave.
5. Throw the sheet away after use.
