Q1: How does the lower sheet go on?
A: The lower sheet is placed around the chin, and each side is gently pulled along the jawline to hold it in place.
Q2: How often is it used?
A: Once or twice a week. The formula contains retinol, so it is not a daily mask.
Q3: How is it different from the Ampoule Lifting Mask?
A: Both are in the Retinol Collagen line. This Cream version has a rich cream texture, and the Ampoule version uses an ampoule essence.
Q4: Is sunscreen needed with it?
A: Yes. The formula contains retinol, so sunscreen is applied the next morning.
Q5: Does it have a scent?
A: Yes. Chamomile, geranium and rose flower oils are listed, so the formula contains fragrance.
