1. Cleanse your face and apply your toner.

2. Apply the upper sheet to the top half of your face and smooth it to fit.

3. Place the lower sheet around the chin, then gently pull each side along the jawline to hold it in place.

4. Leave both parts on for 15 to 20 minutes, then remove them and press the remaining cream into the skin.

5. Follow with your moisturizer, use once or twice a week, and apply sunscreen the next morning.

6. Use each sheet once, avoid the eye area and broken skin, stop use and consult a doctor if redness, swelling or itching appears, and store away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
