Yes. The citric acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate react when water is added, so you get a sparkling drink rather than a flat one.

Q3: Does it contain caffeine?
A small amount. The formula includes black tea extract, so it is not caffeine free, though the quantity per stick is low compared with coffee or a soft drink.
Q4: Is it safe with a dairy or soy allergy?
No. The product declares milk and soy, so it is not suitable if you react to either.
Q5: How many can I drink in a day?
It is a beverage rather than a supplement. Drinking a lot in one day can cause digestive discomfort, mainly because of the erythritol.
