1.     Wet hair and scalp thoroughly with warm water.

2.     Pump an appropriate amount into your palms. Two to three pumps for short hair, more for long or thick hair.

3.     Massage into the scalp first, working up a lather with your fingertips rather than your nails.

4.     Work the lather down through the lengths.

5.     Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear.

6.     Follow with the matching Nard treatment on the mid-lengths and ends if you use one.
