1.     Cleanse your face and apply toner.

2.     Remove the sheet from the pouch, unfold it and remove any protective backing if present.

3.     Lay the mask over the face, lining it up with the eye and mouth openings, and smooth it down around the nose and jaw.

4.     Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes.

5.     Remove the sheet and pat the remaining essence in until it absorbs. Do not rinse.

6.     Follow with your moisturiser.
