1.     Shampoo and rinse first.

2.     Squeeze out excess water from the hair.

3.     Pump an appropriate amount into your palms and apply to the mid-lengths and ends.

4.    Concentrate on the mid-lengths and ends unless the manufacturer's instructions recommend scalp application.

5.    Leave on for 2–3 minutes, or follow the manufacturer's recommended processing time.

6.     Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the product is removed from the hair.
