1.     Wash your hair and towel dry it so it is damp rather than dripping.

2.     Dispense an appropriate amount into your palm, starting with less than you think you need.

3.     Rub it between your palms to warm and spread it.

4.     Apply mainly to the mid lengths and ends, avoiding the roots.

5.     Comb through so it is evenly distributed.

6.     Blow dry as usual, or let it air dry.

7.     Add a small amount to dry hair afterwards if you want extra shine.
