1. Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly.

2. Take an appropriate amount of the Moisture Spa Shampoo and lather it through the hair and scalp.

3. Massage the scalp for around a minute, then rinse out completely.

4. Take an appropriate amount of the Moisture Spa Treatment.

5. Apply it from the ends of the hair upwards, avoiding the scalp.

6. Leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing.

7. Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear.
