The formula pairs a mild cleansing base with glycerin and panthenol as moisturisers, plus chamomile flower extract and bisabolol. 1.     Wet the external intimate area with lukewarm water in the shower or bath.

2.     Dispense a small amount, around 2 ml, onto your hand.

3.     Gently wash the external area only. Do not use internally.

4.     Rinse thoroughly with water until no product remains.

5.     Pat dry with a clean towel.

6.     Use once daily. There is no benefit to washing the area more often than that.
