1.     Remove one pair of shorts from the pack.

2.     Step into them and pull them up as you would ordinary underwear.

3.     Adjust so the shorts sit comfortably at the waist and around the legs.

4.     Wear for the intended period, changing as needed.

5.     To remove, tear along the side seams as directed on the pack.

6.     Wrap and dispose of in the bin. Do not flush.
