1. Read the full instruction leaflet included in the box before you begin, and do not skip any step.

2. Carry out a patch test on your inner arm 48 hours before colouring, exactly as the label directs, and do not proceed if you react.

3. Put on the supplied gloves and cape, then mix the Step 1 colour cream and the Step 2 developer 1:1 on the tray and stir until fully blended.

4. Apply the mixture evenly through dry hair with the supplied brush, working from the roots, and avoid contact with the scalp, eyes and skin.

5. Leave it to process for the time stated in the instructions, roughly 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water until the water runs clear and shampoo out.

6. Apply the included treatment, rinse after a couple of minutes, and note that the final colour will vary depending on your natural hair colour and condition.
