1. After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from your hair.

2. Take a suitable amount into your palms.

3. Apply it evenly through the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the roots.

4. Leave it on briefly.

5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

6. Avoid contact with the eyes and rinse with water if the product gets into them, do not use on wounds or broken skin, stop use and consult a doctor if a rash, swelling or itching appears, and keep out of the reach of children.
