Product Description
This is one of the longest-running cult products in Korean makeup, and the texture is the reason. The skinfood salmon dark circle concealer comes in a 10g pot with a rich, concentrated cream that grips to the under-eye area rather than sliding around.
Salmon egg extract is the ingredient the product is named for, and it sits alongside a peptide set of palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, plus chrysin, ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate and tocopheryl acetate. The base is petrolatum and lanolin oil, which is what gives it the density. Coverage is buildable rather than sheer, and the pigment is warm enough to counter the blue-toned shadow most people are dealing with under the eyes.
Shade 02 Beige is the deeper of the two options, suited to medium and deeper skin. Two things to flag: the formula contains lanolin, which some people react to, and the texture is genuinely thick, so warming it on the back of the hand before applying makes a real difference.
