1.     Apply after foundation, if you wear one.

2.     Dot a small amount directly onto the area with the applicator.

3.     Blend the edges outward with a fingertip, a damp sponge or a small brush.

4.     Build a second thin layer only where you need more, rather than applying heavily in one go.

5.     Set with a light powder under the eyes if you are prone to creasing.
