1. Cleanse your face and apply toner.

2. Place the sheet on your face and smooth it out.

3. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes.

4. Remove and pat the remaining essence into your skin.

5. Follow with moisturizer. Use 1 to 3 times a week.
