1. Cleanse and tone your skin, then pat until it is just damp.
2. Open the sachet, unfold the sheet and remove the protective film from both sides.
3. Apply the sheet to your face, lining up the eye and mouth openings, and smooth it outward from the centre.
4. Leave it on for twenty to thirty minutes, following the brand's guidance for this mask. Remove it before it dries out on the skin.
5. Take off the sheet and discard it, then pat the remaining essence into your face and neck until it absorbs.
