1.   Open the individual wrapper and unfold the pad.

2.   Peel off the backing paper to expose the adhesive.

3.   Centre the pad in your underwear and press it down firmly.

4.   Fold the wings around your underwear and press them into place.

5.   Change the pad every few hours, or sooner if it feels full.

6.   Wrap the used pad in its wrapper and throw it in the garbage, not the toilet.
