1.     Remove one individually wrapped pad from the pack.

2.     Open the wrapper and peel off the backing paper.

3.     Position the pad in your underwear with the adhesive side down and the longer end toward the back.

4.     Fold the wings under the sides of your underwear and press them into place.

5.     Change the pad regularly according to your flow.

6.     Wrap the used pad in the wrapper and dispose of it in a bin, never flushing it.
