1.     Open the individual wrapper and unfold the pad.

2.     Peel off the backing strip and press the pad onto the gusset of your underwear, centred front to back.

3.     Fold the wings under the gusset and press them flat so they hold on both sides.

4.     Change approximately every 3–4 hours, or sooner as needed based on your flow and comfort.

5.     Wrap the used pad in the wrapper from the next pad and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
