1.   Open the individual wrapper and unfold the pad before bed.

2.   Peel off the backing paper to expose the adhesive.

3.   Place the pad in your underwear with the wider end toward the back.

4.   Fold the wings under your underwear and press them firmly into place.

5.   Change the pad in the morning, or sooner if it feels full.

6.   Wrap the used pad in its wrapper and throw it in the garbage, not the toilet.
