1. Unwrap the pad and remove the backing strip.

2. Place the pad in the centre of your underwear, with the longer end towards the back.

3. Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear and press to secure.

4. Change as needed. Wrap the used pad in its wrapper and dispose of it in the garbage.
