1.     Wash and dry your hands before handling the pad.

2.     Peel the backing paper from the underside and press the pad firmly into the centre of your underwear.

3.     Fold the wings around the outside of the underwear and press them down so they hold.

4.     Check the pad sits centred and flat before dressing.

5.     Change the pad regularly through the day, and more frequently on heavier days.

6.     Wrap the used pad in its wrapper or in tissue and put it in a bin. Do not flush pads down the toilet.
